We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. Service Description

The Service provides digital tools for journaling, therapy notes, encrypted diary, task tracking.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the system
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
  • misuse or scrape data from the Service

6. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

7. Encryption & Security

Our system uses encryption:

  • certain data may be end-to-end encrypted
  • we not have access to decrypted user content
  • you are responsible for securing access to your account and recovery keys (if any)

Loss of keys may result in irreversible data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding, belong to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Subscription & Payments

If the Service is paid:

  • fees are charged in advance
  • payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • we may change pricing with prior notice

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months (or €0 if free service)

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • required by law
  • necessary for security or operational reasons

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland / EU, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
